Did you know that every week I bring you a new podcast with scientifically backed health, fat loss and performance information to keep you up to date with tools that you can use in your journey to your goals?! Listen while you work, while you’re at the gym, while you ride the train, while you’re driving in your car (and inevitably sitting parked in the driveway waiting for one to end while you kid naps).
