Cancellation Policy

Please note Chemaine's Model Health terms:

There will be no refunds or discounts for cancellation of services, arriving late/ leaving early travel delays or illness. If you cancel the policy will be as below.

I really hope you can and will make it to all our sessions, and I would LOVE to compensate and give a full refund if something happens in your life - but unfortunately I just can’t. As you can understand as a small business I have overheads that must be paid plus the services I offer have downloadable aspects. To also protect my content and business interests, I can not issue any refunds. We may reschedule up to 1 session or carry it over to our next block of sessions, and if I myself need to cancel I will reschedule that session for you also. In the case of Pilates & Pop, classes can not be refunded or rescheduled. There may be circumstances where decisions will be made at my discretion. Should you need to cancel, please contact me via email, text or phone call at least 2 hours prior to class.

Disclosure

I understand that all diet and exercise carry certain risk and I agree that I will voluntarily participate in any exercise routines, programs and nutrition advice given to me by Chemaine's Model Health and its associates. I hereby release and forever discharge Chemaine's Model Health from any and all claims, demands or causes of action leading from my participation in working with Chemaine's Model Health which may result in my death, illness or any injury to me whatsoever.

I understand that once a membership level has been paid for through the membership page that it is non refundable and I may postpone the services for a future date or pass them to a friend or family member to use.
