Getting your kids to eat healthy while they’re young can be difficult, but the rewards are beneficial, as the vitamins and nutrients in healthy foods, can positively impact their growth and overall well-being. Now and well into the future. This kid’s nutrition guide is designed to support children and adolescents form ages 2-17 years, their prime growth and development years.

In this guide we learn about;

  • the importance of antioxidants and minerals
  • hydration including how much to drink
  • we learn a bit about macros and calories (because it is important)
  • nutrition, meal planning and timing for kids
  • picky eater tips and tricks
  • supplements for kids
  • how much sleep do kids need and how can we optimize that
  • nutrition for performance and athletic kids
  • and lots of resources and nuggets of gold throughout the guide.

My goal with this guide is to clear up some confusion around what kids should eat, while hopefully simplifying your approach to feeding your kids and preparing meals for your family. This guide is simple, at least I think so, but of course I would love feedback on anything I could add or do to make it better! Let me know if you would like me to cover a certain topic and add it to this guide – if I can, I will!
