We all have our own path to follow – some take longer than others, some have more bumps in the road then others but REMEMBER; your journey is your own! Before you check out the amazing women below (I like to call them Chemaine’s Model Health role models) and a piece of their journey, here is a snippet from one of my favorite poems that reminds us how we all have our own paths to follow;
I shall be telling this with a sigh
