Module 3 – Summary

After each module a summary of the module will be released — this is an overview of content that provides you with the overarching theme, but does not expand on specific details. This is just an ‘aid’ and for you to truly be successful, you MUST read each module in full. The summary will then help you focus on the main points I want you to take away from each module as the guide goes on xo

The layout of the summary will be one or two points from each section.

Module 3 summary;

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". – Hippocrates.

When you look at food, strip it down in your mind to its basic components and how they may interact and affect your body.

Keep your fasting window TIGHT and/or give spot fasting a try.

Plan to give the 2 day core plan a try and the daisy cutter recipes. This is not mandatory though.

Be aware of being more active with adding "fairy dust" including Super foods and Super herbs to your meals.

Remember; excessive carbs and trans fats, contribute to bad health outcomes in the short and long term. "Excessive" being the key word here. But it takes a lot less trans/hydrogenated/ toxic fats to affect inflammation, then it does carbs/sugar.

Different people respond differently to different eating modalities. So just because your friend lost fat doing one eating template, doesn't mean you will too.

Pay ATTENTION to your biomarkers and non scale victories! The scale is NOT a complete indicator of progress.
